It is a matter of great pleasure and honour for me to serve as the Vice Chancellor of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur.
      This University was established in 2003 to provide a significant niche in the education and research of Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani and Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences. Over a period of more than a decade, University has emerged as a leading institution in AYUSH health care system.
      At present, University is in the position to make key contribution for the service of human society to provide a safe and effective treatment through advance Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani & Yoga and Naturopathy therapies. The university is preparing the next generation of leaders in AYUSH healthcare system who will carry this path forward in the years ahead.
      The University is committed to create an ambience for nurturing innovation, creativity and excellence within its students. We strongly support interdisciplinary research and development for the benefit of Academicians, Clinicians, Researchers as well as for the Society.
      We emphasise on developing all round leadership skills. We are proud to say that the university is an ideal place to exploit the synergy within the Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani and Yoga streams. By doing so, we believe the university will continue to create unique and noble programmes to make significant contributions to AYUSH as a domain. We are confident that all our efforts will grow into significant epitomes of achievements in the larger academic parlance. I hope that our efforts in all the major areas of AYUSH will produce fruitful results in academic innovation, top-tier journal publications, citations and technology developments.
On a final note, I would like to assure that University will continue to embark its journey to make it as one of the best academic destinations of our nation. It is my earnest desire that University shall create a milestone in the field of Teaching, Research and Healthcare as well. But it requires the dedicated support of Alumni of university without which it could not be possible so my humble appeal to all the alumni of this university for their help with Tan Man and Dhan.
